Golf Overview
Challenging and relaxing... Our PGA Championship course is recognized by
Colorado Golfer Magazine as one of the top ten in the state. No conference
resort in the Denver Metro area can offer this level of beauty and challenge to
its guests. Sprawling green fairways beneath cobalt blue skies surround the
hotel in all directions creating amazing serenity for the resort.
The Course
Designed by Preston Maxwell in 1974, this magnificent par 70, 6,890-yard PGA
championship golf course features tight, sloping fairways, rolling hills and
fast, undulating greens. Water comes into play on 11 of the 18 holes and the
course’s par 3 holes are the test of the course, especially Inverness’ signature
3rd! The course also offers players a driving range, chipping area and putting
green to help prepare you for the upcoming challenge. The course is watered with
recycled water and is anticipated to be one of the first green courses in the
Denver Metro area! |
Dress Code
Proper dress code is strictly enforced. Inverness Golf Club requires collared
shirts, slacks or walking length shorts on the course at all times. No tank tops
or blue jeans are allowed. Soft spike golf shoe policy is also in effect.
Facilities
Our property has fully equipped locker rooms with full-length lockers and
showers. The Bag Drop in the parking lot area is staffed to assist players with
equipment and there is a Bag Room so guest’s can safely store their clubs in
between rounds.
